Sasho Penov – Chairman
Born on July 1960. Doctor in law. Associate professor in Financial Law at the Law Faculty of the Sofia University Kliment Ohridsky and Law and Economic Faculty at the Veliko Tarnovo University 'Cyril and Methodius'. Completed specialization courses in the University of International Finance and Tax Law at Hambourg, Germany and at the International Staff Training Centre at OECD in Wienna, Austria. Served as a lawyer, an expert in the General Directorate of the Tax Administration and Head of 'Tax Agreements' Department and as an advisor to the Parliament. Fluent in German. Married with two children.
Anuta Asenova- Secretary
Born on February 26, 1974 in Devin, district of Smolyan. Graduated from the Veliko Tarnovo University. A legal consultant of the Association of Bulgarian Hotelliers. Member of the Central Election Committee for the presidential elections.
CHAVDAR GEORGIEV- Secretary
Born on 20 March, 1961 in the town of Haskovo. Graduated from the Law Faculty at Sofia University ”St. Kliment Ohridsky”. Mr. Georgiev did a specialized training courses in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Austrian Trade Chamber and also in the Marketing and Management Institute. From 1995 until June 1997 was appointed a Deputy Secretary- in- Chief of the National Assembly. Since 1997 Mr. Georgiev has served as a Deputy-chair of the Arbitrary Trade Court at the National Jurist Foundation. From January 2002 until September 2005 Mr. Georgiev was appointed Legal Adviser to President Georgi Parvanov. From September 2005 until July 2009 he was a Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Environment and Water. Mr. Georgiev is a part-time lecturer in Ecology Law at Sofia University ”St. Kliment Ohridsky” and Veliko Tarnovo University “ St. St. Cyril and Methodius”.

Born on June 8, 1947 in Kotel. Doctor in Law. Associate professor in Administrative law and Administrative procedure. Dean of the Law Faculty at the Sofia University Kliment Ohridsky. Member of the Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce; chairman of the Law Clinics Association at the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. Published more than 80 articles. Fluent in German and Russian. Married with one son.
Krassimira Sredkova
Professor and a Doctor in law. Lecturer in Labor Law and Public Insurance at the Faculty Law of the Sofia University Kliment Ohtridsky. Head of Labor and Insurance Law Department and Supervisory Board of the Sofia University. Granted fellowship at a number of foreign universities. Member of the National Council for Employment and Professional Qualification and of the Supervisory Board of the National Arbitration and Reconciliation Institute. Member of the Committee on Association Freedom at the International Labor Organization and of the European Social Charter Council. Member of the Advisory Board on Legislation at the Bulgarian National Assembly. Fluent in Russian, English and German.
Ruzha Ivanova
Senior assistant professor at the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. Also a lecturer at the Veliko Tarnovo University. Joined a Master's Degree Program on European Law at the European University Center in Nancy, France. Completed specialization courses on European Law in the College of Europe in Brugge- Belgium, the European Institute on Public Administration in Maastricht, Holland and the Institute for European Law Magistrates Training Program in Luxembourg. Deputy chair of the Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Trade; Member of the Advisory Board on Legislation at the 37-th National Assembly. Fluent in French and English.
Kalin Slavov
Born on 23 June, 1976. Graduated from the Law Faculty at Sofia University ”St. Kliment Ohridsky” in 2000. From 05 February 2002 until 01 September 2005 served as a senior expert in the Presidential Administration. From September 2005 until August 2008 was appointed a Legal Adviser to the Prime-Minister Mr. Sergey Stanishev. From August 2008 until June 2009 Mr. Slavov was appointed a Deputy -Minister in the Ministry of Interior.
