President Rosen Plevneliev: Signing the Free Trade Agreement between the EU and Mercosur May Yield Serious Positive Results for Bulgaria
The relations between the European Union and Mercosur, the most powerful economic organization in Latin America, were the main focus of the talks of President Rosen Plevneliev in Latin America.
