High morality, transparency and professionalism should be a cornerstone of the work of the justice system. An effective system of justice is a guarantee of the protection of the rights of citizens and businesses.

Dramatic improvement of the business environment

Administrative reform and e-government are key to improving the business environment. Favourable conditions for doing business are the main prerequisite for increased investment and economic growth.

Working institutions

All state institutions must be at the service of citizens and businesses. Effective administration is non-partisan, motivated, responsible and professional. Functioning E-Government will guarantee greater transparency, accountability and efficiency.

Infrastructure for a modern Bulgaria

Modern transport, information, energy and water infrastructure creates quality conditions for economic and social development. The rapid pace of Bulgaria building infrastructure at European level should be maintained.

A Bulgaria of regions

Developing economic prospects provides a higher quality of life in the regions of Bulgaria. Each region needs to find its specific sources of competitiveness. This makes them attractive and contributes to the sustainable economic development of the country.

Energy efficiency, energy independence, energy liberalization

A new approach to energy - efficiency, diversification, liberalization. Cheap energy requires energy saving. Competition in the energy market will provide a choice.

The reputation of Bulgaria

Bulgaria's international reputation is the mirror of internal development. Quality education, effective institutions and a competitive business environment creates a positive image and greater weight for Bulgaria in international relations.

Cultural and spiritual development of the nation

Bulgaria is home to five civilisations. Our duty is to preserve and show the world the Bulgarian cultural heritage. The Bulgarian alphabet, community centres and theatres up bear our identity. In the 21st century, we must protect the traditional bearers of the Bulgarian spirit, to capture the spirit of the times and build on it.

Bulgaria needs innovative and competitive education and science. A better connection with business will lead to innovations in traditional sectors and in sectors with high added value.
