The Strategic Policies, Analyses and Prognoses Unit tracks the progress of the priorities set by the President, conducts ongoing monitoring of issues on the agenda of Bulgaria, the European Union and the world and prepares analysis on topics of strategic importance for Bulgaria. The main purpose of the unit is to identify political and economic trends timeously to enable positions to be prepared. In addition, to follow best practices and foreign experience in areas relevant to the activities of the Presidential institution.
